Bootcamp has changed my life for the better, I'm in much better
shape. I'm healthier, and I have confidence in myself. Brad has
taught me that exercising can be fun! For the first time in my life
I can say that I've stuck to my goal of being healthy and loosing
weight the right way. Thanks Brad!

Thank you so much for doing what you do! I can't explain how much fun I had while
working out! Joining your boot camp has been one of my best experiences. Everyone,
especially you and your mom, made it so easy and fun. I never once woke up dreading
on going to camp. I may not have been too happy about waking up at 4:50am :) , but
I was always excited to find out what our next big ADVENTURE would be for that
morning. Thanks again! There are so many good times I will never foget.
I honestly have never had more fun working out than with you, your mom, and the rest
of the crew. Thank you for showing me that getting and/or staying in shape doesn't
always have to be a drag...especially when it's 5:30 in the morning and 30 degrees
outside!!! :)

I’m a 39 y.o mother of two. I have aggressive rheumatoid arthritis that is currently under control. I have been pain free for 2 years thanks to medication, NUTRITION, and EXERCISE! Once my inflammation began to decrease from the meds, I started indoor cycling classes. Cycling was the only high-intensity exercise I enjoyed that did not impact on my joints. I cycled for about 2 years then became bored and stopped going. That’s when I discovered Wasatch Boot Camp/Kettle bells. I was apprehensive to try the KB class, but it was only 30 minutes long and I figured I would take it easy by using a lighter weight. After the first class, I was hooked. I came out of the class with a good rush of energy and didn’t even feel like I worked that hard. The exercises did not impact my joints at all. Kettle bell training is a full body, cardio workout in just 30 minutes! It’s easy, fun, and produces great results in a short amount of time. I was skeptical about how kettle bells would improve my cardio until I started cycling again. I went back into cycling like I never left – I had great energy and my cardio was strong. I highly recommend this class for everyone – men, women, teens, athletes, etc. It gives you lots of flexibility to do different exercises with various degrees of intensity. It’s one of those classes where you can constantly challenge yourself if it starts to get easy.
Brad, owner & trainer of Wasatch Boot Camp/Kettle Bells is a great trainer. He stays current on different workout ideas that are fun instead of repetitious (except for that big nautical rope - nobody likes the rope ). Brad is also a positive person and knows how to motivate. He is very approachable and easy to talk to.

I chose your boot camp the first time for a number of reasons: (1) you were
the first to respond back to me via e-mail! I didn't even hear back at all from 2
other boot camps, (2) you were positive in your e-mail in that you recognized that
work/travel may interrupt my attendance but didn't lessen my commitment, and it pays
the bills! (3) the early AM time and geography worked out, (4) I liked the
personalization of your website - especially the photo of you, Jenna and Zoe, and
(5) there weren't any quotes on it talking about "hell week" and "Drill Sgt. Steve
really kicked my ass" and stuff like that. I chose to sign up for another round
because it was exactly what I was looking for, what I needed, what I liked ... and
IT WAS FUN! It's nice to be able to show up and get a good workout and laugh and
joke along the way. I also like the opportunity to focus on individual=2
0goals/improvements.
I really appreciate your commitment to all the people who attend and I
think you do a great job motivating people. I would absolutely recommend your boot
camp to anyone looking for a personal challenge, a change in their exercise routine
and the opportunity to have fun. And, I'm pretty sure that laughing burns a couple
of calories here and there, too.
